Aparthotel Amella is committed to providing an environmentally friendly and sustainable hospitality experience. We believe that small changes in everyday life can have a big impact on the environment. Based on this we have introduced several initiatives to reduce resource consumption and promote sustainable thinking.

Eco-friendly initiatives

Waste sorting – The hotel has waste sorting facilities to reduce environmental pollution. During the overnight stay, guests are welcome to use the BIO waste containers found in each guest apartment. Please place plastic and glass beverage containers separately, next to the waste bin. How to sort waste properly?
Motion sensor lighting – We use motion sensor lighting in public areas, including stairwells and hallways, to reduce electricity consumption.
Resource efficiency( (water) – We encourage guests to be water conscious by displaying information about the importance of water conservation in the apartments bathrooms as well as in the kitchenettes.
Sustainable laundry – Guests can reduce the frequency of their laundry, promoting sustainable use of resources. The hotel invites guests to consider the amount of laundry to be washed per wash.
Digital guest information – To reduce paper consumption, hotel service information is available on the hotel’s mobile app, which can be accessed using the QR codes in the suites. .
Plastic reduction – Guests are invited to use the free drinking water bottle refill station in the hotels fist floor lobby.
Electric car charging station – The hotel supports both guests and employees who choose to use electric cars. These cars are an environmentally friendly choice reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
Eco-friendly cleaning – The hotel invites guests to assess the need for cleaning, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
