Provision of hotel services
Hotel process your personal data in order to provide to you Hotel services, including provision of overnight accommodation. If you do not submit to Hotel the necessary personal data, you will not be able to receive Hotel services. The duties of Hotels stipulated in law are binding for us, including the duty to identify Hotels client, namely, Hotel are obligated to determine whether you are the person which you claim to be.

The personal data from the registration questionnaires of clients we store 3 (three) years.

Video surveillance
Hotel conduct video surveillance and process your personal data while you are within Hotel premises for the purpose of ensuring your personal safety, as well as the safety of Hotel employees, clients, and property. The footage from the video surveillance is stored in Hotel systems for up to 30 days.
